These are British style belt hooks that would be found on a typical Sea Service pistol.
There are two sizes. The 7" hook is what comes on our 1756 Pattern Sea Service Pistol with a 12" barrel, the 5" hook is for shorter barreled pistols.
They mount with the rear lock screw and keep from rotating via a pin that sticks out of the mounting foot. These can adapted to fit most pistols with wooden stocks. They are made of hand forged steel.
We ship small non-gun items like this all at once every week or so as to ship all of the USPS stuff together. It may be a few weeks before you recieve your belt hook. For reasons I don't understand, people who are not regular customers and order just a belt hook tend to be squirrely & self-entitled and expect to be given priority over our other customers. Please do not get all squirrely and send me emails checking on the status of your order for a belt hook if you haven't received it in two days. You will get a USPS tracking number when your belt hook ships. It is the ONLY notification you will get. If you cannot patiently wait for it like an adult, please do not order a belt hook.
