The 1717 French Infantry Flintlock Musket was the first standardized French military musket.
It has steel furniture. The lock & barrel have St Ettienne inspection marks on them. The barrel is 46" long in .69 caliber smoothbore.
Sometimes these come in with a wooden rammer, sometimes a steel rammer. We have no control over this.
Unlike later French military guns, the barrel is pinned to the stock and the single barrel band is simply a place to mount the forward sling swivel.
